Talent Acquisition Manager (Part-Time Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to discover and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms.
- Utilize industry tools like CreatorIQ to analyze influencer data and audience demographics.
- Manage and engage with our influencer community, fostering positive relationships.
- Develop creative strategies for sourcing new talent that aligns with our brand partners' needs.
- Maintain a well-organized database of influencers, keeping track of key metrics and contact information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their influencer landscapes.
- Experience using influencer marketing tools like CreatorIQ (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine love for social media trends and a creative mindset for identifying potential partners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in influencer marketing or Talent management
- Understanding of campaign goals and objectives within the influencer marketing space.
- Knowledge of Paid social; experience in running paid campaigns on Tiktok, Meta, and YouTube
